Re-think your drink!

What you drink makes a bigger difference to your health than you might think! Energy and sports drinks along with popular fizzy drinks are loaded with sugar. We looked at the effects of too much sugar in your diet and how they can lead to lots of different health problems. Sometimes we are rushing and grab the nearest drink to hand but we looked a little closer at the labels on some of these drinks and we were in for some sugar shockers!!
